Yes, we offer new devices from excess stocks or wrong purchases. The procurement of larger quantities for companies is possible.

Do I have a guarantee on my purchased device?
Yes, there is a 12-month guarantee from the purchase date.

Is the shipping insured in the event that it is lost?
Yes, the shipping is insured and you will either get an equivalent device or money back immediately. 

Are the products delivered in the original packaging?
No, we send the goods in a neutral, protected packaging.

Are there additional shipping costs when ordering?

Can I exchange or return products?
Yes, you can send the devices back within 14 days and we reimburse the amount.

Who pays the return?
The buyer pays the return. 

What is the battery power of the devices?
The battery performance is tested and checked. We sort everything below 70% of the new condition.

Are the notebooks with a German keyboard delivered?

The devices are always in German keyboard, it is explicitly pointed out to another keyboard layout.
