Shipping & delivery

Shipping fees

• Germany: free, insured shipping
• Austria: 9.90 € insured shipping
• Switzerland: 14.90 € insured shipping (plus any import duties)

Delivery time

We typically ship within 1–2 working days after receiving payment. Delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 1–3 working days
• Austria: 2–4 working days
• Switzerland: 3–6 working days

Carriers

We ship with DHL and UPS. All shipments are insured. You'll receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.

Packaging

Goods are shipped in neutral, protective packaging – not in the original box. We use recyclable materials wherever possible.

Shipping damage

If goods arrive damaged, please get in touch immediately at team@it-2nd-life.de. You'll receive either a replacement or your money back – the damage is handled via the transport insurance.
