Can I also buy brand-new products?+
Yes, we also offer brand-new devices from overstocks or wrong orders. Bulk procurement for companies is possible on request.
Where do your devices come from?+
Our devices are leasing returns, demo units, retired corporate IT, or warehouse returns.
What condition are the devices in? What do grades A / B mean?+
You'll find a detailed overview in our condition guide.
Do I get a warranty on my purchase?+
Yes, there is a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Is shipping insured in case something is lost?+
Yes, every shipment is insured. You'll either get an equivalent replacement immediately, or your money back.
Are products delivered in their original packaging?+
No, we ship in neutral, protective packaging.
Are there additional shipping fees?+
Inside Germany shipping is free. AT 9.90 € / CH 14.90 € (plus any import duties).
Can I return or exchange products?+
Yes, you can return devices within 14 days – we'll refund the amount.
Who pays for the return shipping?+
The buyer pays for return shipping.
What about battery health?+
Every battery is tested. We sort out any device with a remaining capacity below 70% of original.
Do notebooks come with a German keyboard?+
Devices ship with a German keyboard by default unless a different layout is explicitly noted.
